What is the validity of the ticket?
For Daily Tickets: valid for admission only on the date indicated on the ticket.
For VIP Tickets: valid from Aug 28 through Aug 31. Please ensure your tickets are scanned at the entrance each day upon your first entry.
How do I get in with my ticket?
A member of our team will be at the entrance to scan your ticket and give you a wrist band which you can show for re-entry.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will need to show your ticket at the entrance – either on your mobile device or printed on paper.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes, each ticket will allow one person to enter, so it may only be used once. IDs will not be checked at the door.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age restriction but we encourage attendees under 13 to have a parent or guardian present with them.
What time does the venue open?
The venue will open to the public at 9 AM.
What if I can no longer go?

Can I buy more tickets at the venue?
Yes! We are selling tickets on-site as well. We accept cash or credit cards. No checks, please.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the signs at the entrance.
Can I preview the auction items before the event?
Yes, we have our online preview available! You may view the cars for auction here and the memorabilia items here. Please note that the inventory is constantly being updated or changed as we move closer to the auction dates.
Do you have wheelchairs or golf carts available for people with accessibility challenges?
We are an accessible venue however, no, we do not have these available at the venue for rent. We do encourage people with accessibility challenges to bring their own.
Can I re-enter the venue if I leave?
Re-entry is permitted as long as you are wearing our wrist band which is given when your ticket is scanned in at the entrance.
Can I bring food and drinks inside the venue?
Bringing outside food/drinks is strictly prohibited. However, there will be food/drinks available for purchase inside the venue as well as outside at the food court.
Is photography or video recording allowed?
